1. Acceptance of Terms

phpark21 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary account suspension until the process is completed.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using phpark21, you agree to use the platform for lawful personal entertainment only. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Use the platform to launder money or conduct any financial fraud.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from phpark21 without written permission.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

All financial transactions on phpark21 — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phpark21 does not guarantee any minimum winnings and does not promise returns on any bet or game.

Deposits are processed through supported local payment methods available in the Philippines, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are typically processed within one business day. phpark21 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

phpark21 reserves the right to reverse transactions found to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date.

6. Limitation of Liability

phpark21 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, phpark21 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from user error, forgotten credentials, or unauthorised account access caused by a user's failure to protect their login details.
• Losses arising from reliance on platform content, odds, or game results.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside phpark21's reasonable control, including internet outages, device issues, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death and personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

phpark21 may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if a user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority. In such cases, phpark21 will provide notice where legally permissible.

Any pending verified withdrawals will be processed after account closure is confirmed. phpark21 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms violation pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpark21 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of phpark21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any phpark21 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Changes to These Terms and Applicable Law

phpark21 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notice.
